This series of motors is of horizontal structure, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, large out-of-step torque, low vibration, and convenient installation and maintenance. The stator is generally an integral structure, which is impregnated with F-class VPI solvent-free paint under vacuum pressure, so that the stator has good insulation performance and reliable mechanical performance, and can withstand the impact of electromagnetic force during startup. The rotor is of salient pole structure, the magnetic pole iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the full damping structure is adopted, so that the motor has good starting performance and damping ability.
TL series vertical synchronous motors are mainly used to drive various vertical water pumps, and are widely used in water conservancy, municipal drainage and water supply, sewage treatment and other fields. It is widely used in national key livelihood projects, such as the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the diversion of the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River, etc. It is also exported to India, Uzbekistan, etc., and is equipped in the pumping station of the water transfer project.
