one. Features and uses:
ZZJ-800 series rolling mill auxiliary drive motor is an important power equipment in the iron and steel industry. Under the harsh working environment, it can withstand frequent starting, frequent reversible braking, and repeated large overload torque. It is mainly used for work rolls. Road, pressing device, loop tension roller, shearing machine, tong hoist and other equipment,
This series of motors has a circular structure with good heat dissipation. It is used for rectifier power supply, and can withstand the working conditions of pulsating current and rapid current changes (load changes), and has good commutation.
This series of motors maintains the outline and installation dimensions of the 600 series, and the power level is one level higher than that of the 600 series, which is equivalent to the international advanced level.
The insulation grade of the motor is F, and the reliable insulation structure and impregnation process are adopted to ensure stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation.
two. Motor performance
The data in the technical data sheet should work according to the following conditions of use
a. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters
b. The ambient air temperature is between minus 30 degrees and 40 degrees
c. The working environment should not contain acid, alkali or other gases that are corrosive to insulation
d. The motor working system includes external ventilation continuous working system (S1), fully enclosed short-time working system S2, and fully enclosed intermittent periodic working system S3 (load duration FC=30%)
e. The motor armature circuit and excitation circuit can be powered by static rectifier power supply, and can also be powered by DC generator.
f. The excitation ampere-turn ratio of the ventilated continuous duty (S1) or fully enclosed short duty (S2) 1h time limit is about 50% other (parallel) ampere-turn and 50% series excitation ampere-turn.
